The wife and I went to Chinatown yesterday and had a blast! Living in Los Angeles for over 5 years, you’d think I would have at least visited downtown L.A. and Chinatown, but I never did. Chinatown was really cool. We had lunch at Hop Louie’s, where I snarfed down a monster bowl of Wonton Soup. I haven’t had a good bowl of soup noodle in years, so I think that made the soup that much better. We also picked up a few trinkets for one of our friends and my birthday bash that we are having at our place this weekend. There will be much saki, fish, beer and other items to make for a grand ‘ol time.
