I recieved a reply from Titan Poker. The only thing I did was remove my last name from the enail. Other than that, this is the entire email message:

Titan Poker does not see this as an issue, AT ALL. I know I can change my password at any given time, but to use that line as a reply to how insecure their site is.. well.. that’s a very poor excuse. My account is now closed.
