Myself and cards are really trying to be friends. It’s a give and take relationship, that has turned more take than give. But that’s ok. Even more so when there is a third party involved. That’s right, the WPBT. I stink at SE, ok with R, understand but still get confused with O and H, oh man. H I try to hard and I get punished. Combine all of that together and you have the outcome of the event for me. I’m not a great all around player and I’d like to say that I’m working on it. But I did have a lot of fun at the HORSE event, which is really what matters. If I’m not having fun while getting my ass kicked, why bother. Congrats are in order to cracknaces, who won the event. Thanks to biggestron for setting up the online events. I finished 18th out of 28, a full four people away from POY points, but honestly that’s what I expected. I’m still 4th in points, but I’m positive that will change after the Winter Classic.
Which now brings me to the Winter Classic. I will not be there. I know, sucks balls, but I don’t have a choice. The wife has been out of work for the past two months and I don’t have $500 to burn (since that’s the plan.. the money that is brought to Vegas, stays in Vegas. Usually.) So I do expect a shit-ton of dial-a-shots. I’ve got a bottle of Jack ready. Yeah.. it’s not SoCo, bite me. So, have fun in Vegas for me WPBT’ers. I hope to see you all at the Summer Classic next year.. if it happens.
