I went deep in the 8k on tilt and was in the top 10 for over half of the tourney and pissed away 30k in chips like a fucking donk. I slowly rebuild and push with Tens in the BB, which the SB calls 1/4 his stack with KJo and flops a King, but I have a flush draw that never hits and IGH in 28th, 10 away from the bubble.

Why do I always feel the need to be a fucking donk, when I do not need to be. Why does the weredonk show up when I’m doing good? Or has the weredonk always been there… hiding.. waiting for the best time to fuck me up. At least my Tilt account has 1.28$ so I can’t do any damage. Damage my friends, was already done.

I suck at poker.

So I make it to level seven, have a second flush draw, one player bets low into the pot on the flop, I push (I have a tight image at the table) and the player calls with bottom pair, 45s and a flush redraw. Then a four comes on the turn and a blank on the river and IGHN.

It’s frustrating when my poker life is a roller coaster, I do good, I suck, I suck, I do good.. If I play tight I get fucked, if I play aggressive I get fucked. Maybe I’m just not a tournament player. I tripled up on the cash limit tables on both the tables I was at, but finished 2679/3784, the top 71% wow! I know I’m better than this. Suck outs, well, suck, but that’s the reason that I’ve been kicked out of the majority of the tournaments (that aren’t stud) in the past few months. [Edit: I know that my exit from the 750k was not a suckout and I was behind the entire way post-fop.]

I’m not really sure if thats good or bad.

Somehow I think the end is near for the WPBT. We didn’t even fill a table for this months event. I got bounced out in 6th of six on hand #4, when trips vs two pair turned a boat. I can’t even blame Schaubs for his play as I would have done the exact same thing, this hand falls in the 21% of the time I’d loose with it. Forth Hand. What a shame. I played $2.15 for each hand I played. AHHAHAHAHA! Thanks must do to columbo, Schaubs, Kameelah, Mattazuma and IlliniFan for showing up.

So after my short break in cleaning the house, I finshed cleaing the balcony and vacuuming the furniture. Then sat back down to play a bit more, I had the time, why not play, since my free time has dropped a lot! So I bought in to the 750k Satellite. 155 people entered, the bubble was 18, with 17 getting the ticket. Once the bubble burst I was in 6th, when the second bubble was broken, I pushed and finished 16th!
I’m in the 750k tourney!!

When playing stud, how often are straights made? Boats? It seemed as if every. hand. that went to 7th street, someone had a boat, straight or two pair. I know there’s a lot of randomness and chance, but shit.. Maybe I’m bitching that I’m second out, my norm for stud games, but the top percentage of hands were shown too often in 34 minutes..

Then in another game, this hand was dealt..

I still don’t think online is rigged, but this is just nuts.

I’ve been busy, so I haven’t have much time for poker, but I have been doing OK at the tables.. Played a 6 max Tubro, ala cheapo last night and finished first. With 3 players left, or the bubble, half my stack went to a player that sucked out on me, AT vs A9. The very next hand I’m the BB and he pushes, which was very nice for me, since I had KK, no one improved ant I got my chips back. Two hands later, he’s out, and starts to yell, which I think the caps lock is stuck in the on position on his keyboard, that I’m a donk and even though I have a 3 to 1 chip lead against his pal, his pal would win. Too bad, though, I flopped the nuts while the friend hit top pair and my crappy 79c saw a flop of 568 rainbow. The loot went in after the flop.

The first was a double shoot out, top 4 made it… I was #5.

The second was a pot limit tournament, with 60 players, 62 rebuys and 30 addons. Top 4 move on to Event 13. It was rebuy, duh, but I never re-bought or did the addon

Here was the last hand of the tournament. (I know hand histories suck balls, but this one sucked major balls. So two ball suckers null each other out, or a good time.) Wouldn’t have helped me if I did in the end.

Full Tilt sent me a nice Bonus Deposit notice, so I’m going to start the Donkey Challenge that Columbo created last year, Make a Deposit and triple it. I’m going to be a bit creating with this one and plop down 334$, so once I hot 4 figures, I’m there. I still have to update DC2007’s status. I think I’ve passed level two, but I can not remember.

I picked up 3 new to me books, Super System 2, The Full Tilt Poker Strategy Guide: Tournament Edition and Phil Hellmuth Presents Read ‘Em and Reap: A Career FBI Agent’s Guide to Decoding Poker Tells. Now I can find out if reading more books will screw me up worse, or help.
